In the following cases the client will get a refund or credit:

If the client gives more than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
In case of cancellation of the school due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

In none of the following cases will the client receive any compensation or refund of the course fee:

• If the client cancels a class with less than 24 hours notice, except if cancelled due to injury or illness (client must provide a medical report prior to signing up for the class).
• Failure to show up at the place, date and time agreed in the booking.
• The presentation of the client with clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, will not entitle the client to any refund of the amount of the activity and the school has the right not to provide the activity for the safety of the client.

In Mundaka we have several types of waves and depending on your level of surfing, the classes will be given in one break or another.

• Initiation classes will be given at Laida-Mundaka Beach.
• Advanced level classes will be given on the beach of Mundaka-Txorro.
• High level classes will be held on the Barra-Mundaka beach.

Surf lessons in Mundaka are done depending on the low tide, and every day we teach 2 surf lessons. Low tide is not always at the same time, so the schedule of the surf classes is different every day (One week we teach them in the morning and the next in the afternoon).

1. Before starting the activity we would meet at the surf school, to get the necessary equipment and get changed in the changing rooms.
2. Once we have all the equipment we will go with the instructor to Laidatxu Mundaka beach. There they will explain the theory and you will do a brief warm-up.
3. Then you will cross the estuary and each group will go to the break that best suits their level.
4. At the end of the activity you will go back to school to change again.
